Warranty Info

Our warranty policy ensures coverage for defects in material, design, and workmanship after purchasing a product. You can view the applicable warranty for each product on its page.

Making a Warranty Claim: If your item is eligible for repair, submit a warranty request through the Service Requests page in your Itech Devices account. Our warranty team will contact you within 24 hours for claim validation and troubleshooting. If the issue remains unresolved, we will initiate an RMA process to facilitate the repair.

Contact Details for Repair: To process your repair and return the item, the approved repair vendor will need your contact details. We will provide your name, email address, and return address to the approved repair vendor and ensure they comply with relevant data protection legislation. Your details will only be shared as necessary for the repair service.

General Warranty Information: Not all products are covered by the warranty. Always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits. Repair or replacement under this warranty does not extend or renew the warranty period. The time needed to obtain device information or customer approval is not included in the Turn Around Time (TAT) of the repair process. The customer confirms that all information provided during the warranty claim is correct.

Refurbished Product Warranty: Certified refurbished products come with a 90-day replacement policy. For refunds, the warranty covers 30 days from the receipt date. See the returns section for more details.

Manufacturer Warranty: Some products come with a 1+ year manufacturer warranty. We will pass these warranties on to you. For claims or support, contact the manufacturer directly. Some items cannot be returned once their packaging is opened, such as sealed retail boxed items.

Service Expectations: We do not guarantee that our services will: (a) Meet your requirements; (b) Be continuous, prompt, secure, or error-free; (c) Meet your expectations; (d) Fix software errors.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for any damage to your computer system or data loss from using our services. No advice or information from us creates any warranty not mentioned here.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, even if we were advised of potential damages.

Exclusions: We are not responsible for personal injuries or property damage from using our products, including military, medical, traffic control, and disaster prevention applications. The warranty does not cover:

  • Defects or damage resulting from customer misuse or failure to follow instructions
  • Liquid spills on the product
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • The customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item is packed in its original box or wrapped safely to avoid damage during transit. If inadequate packaging causes damage, we will not be responsible, and the item will be returned to the customer without servicing.

Report any transit damage within 2 working days of delivery and provide pictures. Valid claims will be processed upon receiving the returned items. Keep the warranty card and invoice copy for all claims.
